why is money being taken from my account each month to EbayEurope? what is is? and why is it taking money, i don't remember signing up to it???????

Sounds like ebay are taking there seller fees from paypal which is what normally happens unless you have selected to pay them another way.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
