Somebody wants to pay into my paypal account, what account information do I give them? is it my email address?

 Yes I am new to paypal. I purchased an item cash on collection via ebay. When I got the item home I noticed it was damaged. I have agreed with the seller to be refunded via paypal & he has requested my account information. I wasn't  sure what information to give & whether this was secure. Thank you for your help.
