Hi, I have been using Ebay and Paypal for a long time. I have always used instant bank transfer, apart from the odd payment by e-cheque. I updated my bank card details a few weeks ago-confirmed everything. Since then I have been unable to make any payment by instant bank transfer. The card is not for my primary account, none of that has changed. I have two bank accounts and two debit cards-all link and confirmed, with another back up card on the account. Yet every single payment is being made by card or e-cheque only if nothing in my Paypal account. Any advice???? ..
