Unable to add a Romanian bank account to paypal

As in this print screen http://prntscr.com/3k1133 there are no options allowing me to change to a Romanian bank account, only thing is this US bank... Common PayPal common sense, people need to be able to work with money, not to keep them blocked into your garden. Please any info on this issue so that I can withdraw the money safely.

I have in my balance paypal account 2,34 euro but i can`t withdraw this amount becouse it tell me that i have to add my bank account.What i have to do ?

Hello,

I had the same problem (only US bank), but I managed to fix it this way:

1. Upgrade to Business (YOU DON`T HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING if you choose something like INDIVIDUAL).

2. I chose my Business type to be Individual and set up all of the details.

3. After, you will have a new display of the website and you can easily configure your bank from your profile.

I also verified my identity, address, phone number etc. I don`t know if this matters.
