My daughter has paid for something she wanted and has pressed "pay all" and payment has been sent to everyone I have purchased from in the last two weeks even though one of these items was cancelled buy the seller and the others are people I have collected from and paid on collection. She has also deleted some of the purchases hoping it would rectify this so I have have no idea who the payments have gone to. I have contacted two people who have agreed to not accept the money or refund the money but how can I find out how to get hold of the other people as I can't seem to find my purchase history? Help needed x
If you click on the "history tab" in your paypal account you can see what recent transactions you have made or can widen that by using the date calender.
To find which transactions they refer to you can click on the word "details" next to each one and in there it will say the item you bought and the sellers email addy.
You can then email the sellers and ask for a refund.
