I have rencenly bought an Item fro eBay but when i paid as i normaly would and then when I went to check paypal and my card had expired and I had to update my card details but I was wondering if the payment would go through before the 23rd of december as I dont want to keep the seller waiting.
Doubtful, the payment went as an echeque as your card has expired and renewing the card AFTERWARDS won't help.
HOWEVER the seller can cancel the echeque and you can pay again instantly.
Tell the seller to do this.
Go to Account Overview > History > Find the relevant payment > Details > Cancel Payment under ‘Cancel this eCheque payment’ > Review the information and include a message to buyer > Cancel Payment.
