My personal bank account says I have paid for something by PayPal but I havent bought anything recently and it doesnt come up on my PayPal activity - has anyone else had this???
You should report the issue to PayPal - see the security link:

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
