Payment completed but funds not available 6 weeks later

I sold some goods in early October, and was paid by echeque.  I was advised October 13th that the cheque had cleared and I could send the goods, which I did on the 15th.  Up to last week the money was in my account labelled "Completed, funds not available" but has now gone to "Pending"  They talk about 21 days, but it is now double that.  What is happening?

No idea, that sounds very odd.

 

Think you may have to phone customer services on this one.

 

Click on the words "Contact us" at the bottom of paypal pages > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent.
