Money transferred to a wrong e-mail account by mistake. Trf to friends and family

I have trf money to a wrong e-mail by mistake. It was a trf through family and friends option. Wrong e-mail must have been on my mind. Please help as dont know what to do

Check your account transaction history for that transfer.  If the status says "unclaimed" and the "cancel" link is active, you can cancel the transaction. 

If the "cancel' link is not active, this means that funds were sent to an address that is registered with PayPal.  Note, the address may not be active but, just the same it was registered at some point in time with Paypal.  If the funds remained "unclaimed", PayPal will return the funds to you after 30 days.

If by chance the funds are claimed, the only way to get the money back is to contact the person who claimed them.
