You sent and told me to go to profile,click on Subscriptions and bookmark tab,,,,where is the bookmark tab? they you said change setting...change them to what? this has been no help,still can't get money being sent to me? most frustrating??/
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
