I am currently be scam by a seller, for a flytouch tablet I have never recieved. here iis a copy of the events and info about the scam. It is currently being dealt with by paypal, can anyone help meor advise. The paypal dispute system is confusing and I can lodge this information to someone directly.

Let’s be clear this isn’t about me returning a tablet that I
have never received from this seller. There has never been a tablet sent by the
seller. The true facts are on the 03.08.11 I paid via PayPal the sum of £134
for a 10.2" Flytouch 3 SUPERPAD
ANDROID 2.2 16GB TABLET PC #330592984134 -
which
was never sent.

After several emails asking where my
tablet was, requesting shipping & consignment details, which the seller has
never supplied, I received several correspondences from him blaming his couriers
DHL and items being delayed for CE
certification validation reason, then stating that there were
warehouse problems. He eventually admitted that the tablet was never been sent.
That when I requested my money back because and lack of information’s &
excuses, i.e. blatant lies given by this seller. On 06.08.11 I was eventually
given my money back, via PayPal. All the transaction which can be verified by
my PayPal account…

Upon receipt my money £134, I lodged a
negative feedback against the seller in regard to his poor customer service and
lack of information and blatant lies. From 06.08.11 – 17.08.11 I was subjected
to a barrage of intimidating and threatening emails from the seller asking me
to reverse my negative feedback, which I refused to do. I then was offered a
financial inducement by the seller to change my registered negative feedback to
a positive one. We agreed upon £50, which was transferred to my PayPal account
on 17.08.11. I also received a change of Feedback Revision Request
from the seller, which I did as per our agreement. Then on 18.08.11 to my complete
surprise I receive a New Item not Received Dispute Claim against
me from the seller.

So this has been a scam on his part, all
along to get me to change my negative feedback, and get his money back. This is
an unscrupulous seller, and he shouldn’t be allowed to behave like this. I am
the innocent party here, this seller is trying to scam me. In hindsight I
should have stayed with my convictions, the flytouch tablet was supposed to be
a birthday present for my child who is about to go university. He was so
disappointed, so I was forced to buy an Apple Ipad2 costing 3x as much.

So inclusion I can’t and will not refund
the money or send the item back because I have never received this item, If the
seller state otherwise, please ask him to supply proof of delivery to me, which
I know he cant.

PS. Copies of all correspondence between
me and the seller has been kept, and can be supplied if required, which
documents all the events stated above.

I await your decision

Kind Regards
