I have recently paid for an item through paypal but the money has not been taken from my bank account after 3 days, how long does it take??

It can take a few days BUT this time of year with loads of payments they may be a tad slower.

But don't worry your seller would have been paid as paypal pay the seller in advance then start the process of uploading your funds from your funding source as long as you have a back up card on paypal as well.
