I accidentally deleted the debit/credit card I used for PayPal.
I also forgot my password for that username for PayPal.
When I put it my email address so that they would send me the password reseting link.
I clicked on it and they said for extra security, I HAVE to verify some additional information to confirm my account ownership.
And it is to verify the debit/credit card that I already canceled/deleted them.
And someone has sent me money to that email.
They cannot cancel the sending.
PLEASE HELP ME! WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Unfortunally there's not much that can be done to help you out.
You deleted your credit card.
You forgot your password.
Someone sent you funds you can't claim.
You can't verify your current account.
Suggest simply starting over with a new account and new email address. Most important, "verify" your account.
As for the funds that were sent to you, PayPal will return the funds to the sender after 30 days.

so after 30 days, PayPal will send back the money to the sender
The sender will have to send the money again to me?
