My Paypal account was first made when I was young and underage, I wasn't aware about age restrictions yet so it was of course immediatly blocked. Now I'm over the need age and tried to create a paypal account but they said I already have one and it's going to be terminated forever in 180 days. Does this means I'm permanently banned from paypal for this?
