Available funds cannot be transferred to my credit card

I have at each attempt to recover the available funds from my positive PayPal balance to the account of my registered bank card which uses the same monetary currency, I always get a message telling me to try again later.How to solve this please?

Pour certains pays , il n'est pas possible de virer son solde sur une CB ou un compte bancaire .

pour la Nouvelle-Calédonie

Vers une carte Visa émise en Nouvelle-Calédonie ( possible aussi  vers compte bancaire aux États-Unis. )

- la CB doit avoir était confirmer

le titulaire de la visa ( nom et prénom ) doit être identique au titulaire du compte PayPal ( nom et prénom )

For some countries, it is not possible to transfer your balance to a credit card or a bank account.

for New Caledonia

To a Visa card issued in New Caledonia (possible also to a bank account in the United States.)

- the credit card must have been confirmed

the visa holder (first and last name) must be identical to the PayPal account holder (first and last name)

I confirmed yet a Visa card issued in France in my PayPa account And that doesn't work either.

the visa must be issued in new caledonia.

to avoid wasting your time, because there is no solution on the forum, you must contact paypal customer service. a paypal customer advisor can look.

during working days and hours of operation

by messaging from paypal, by phone, and also on Facebook and Twitter (PayPal customer service is present above)

on paypal:

- at the bottom of the Help And Contact page

then at the bottom of the page that opens "contact us" (on the right) and finally, still at the bottom right: "call us"

if you are having trouble joining paypal, you can do so on twitter and facebook.

paypal is present on both. all you have to do is "send a private message"
