Didn't spend U$ 5,000.... Why did a become a member?

I really never spent U$5,000 on my account, i would like to know how is this possible that i got that membership? 

My only concearn is that my account could have been used for some sort of fraud since i don't use it for big transactions myself.

Thanks for your question. We periodically review our members and occasionally upgrade our members even if they have not met the minimum threshold. Your account should be safe (but it is always a good practice to monitor your account for suspicious activity).
