I've just written to Customer Services to ask the same thing. It used to be 99% instant landing of withdrawals into my bank account; now it's the same delay all the time. I'm even getting it sometimes when I pay other people throughPayPal; money leaves my account instantly but PayPal decide I'm using an e-cheque instead. Total con.
