withdrawal pending for 72 hours

I made a withdraw from PayPal this morning of £50 no problem, made another this afternoon fir £90 and says pending for 72 hours? Spoke to paypal and they say nothing they can do! I have a guy driving to collect the item, has been for 3 hours, when he gets here I wont release the item as I have not received clear funds? Just seems a waste of everybody's time, I have, had this account over a teayear, 100% feedbsck, not added new bank account? Now I will receive negative feedback as I wont release the item for 72 hours

Your buyer has paid the minute that their funds hit your paypal balance.

You should not wait till you have withdrawn them to your bank account.

If i was your buyer you would get a dispute for non receipt of item and neg feedback.

When a buyer pays you they "credit" you in advance but if you try and withdraw that money BEFORE the buyers funds have played catch up then its paypals money you are withdrawing not yours so you have to wait 3 days.

HOWEVER the reason they credit you is so your BUYER gets their item more quickly.
