wire withdrawl

According to information on the Paypal siteI can make a WIRE WITHDRAWL in USD to a bank in the UK for USD8.00.

However, I cannot find this option when I am logged into my Paypal account.

In fact, if I am logged in I can't even see the wire withdrawl option. The same page displays the option for the UK when I am not logged in but does not display it when I am logged.

The page is:

Don't think there is a "wire" withdraw feature.  Wiring funds is a totally different process than a withdrawing funds to your bank account thru PayPal.

Thanks. But if there is no such option, why does the UK page at https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-withdrawal-fees-outside&dispatch=5885d80a13c0db1f... give the fees for Standard Withdrawl and Wire Withdrawl.

The Wire Withdrawl information says if your bank is in the UK and you want to withdraw funds in USD there is a USD8 fee.

The Wire Withdrawl option only appears when I am NOT logged in to Paypal. If I am logged in, I can't see it.

What about withdrawing as a cheque? Is that not possiboe with Paypal in the UK? The problem I have is that my Paypal balance is in USD and I want to keep it in USD by withdrawing or depositing it to my USD account in the UK.
