Its now been 6 working days since its said  'complete' on 21th oct, I havent received Nothing! Smiley Mad

I had this problem and rang PayPal

 

They told me exact dates of when the payment was sent and when I SHOULD see it it my account.

 

It was longer than I expected due to security checks but the lady on the phone told me the date I should see it and I saw it that exact day. 

 

Just ring PayPal dont be affraid, if they cant tell you, then they'll help you sort it out. When I've spoken to them they're very helpful. Also try your bank afterwards and ask them if they can see a payment pending into your account or if they know whats happened.

 

You cant go wrong if your ring them, they MUST give you an answer and can't get out of it so put them on the spot and see what they come up with! You've got nothing to lose
