I would still prefer the solution from ActivePaulus where he sync his PayPal with the neteller mastercard, which means the fee you sacrificed is only for PayPal so it is far cheaper than the last solution. But the thing is not everyone is entitled to have that mastercard because neteller mastercard is only eligible for EEA residents.
The last solution from Dexterion is actually far more expensive but I guess the majority of people can't own neteller mastercard could do this or anyone who is still desperate to get their money from Neteller/Skrill no matter the charges. First off you had to buy bitcoins, obviously the price is far off from the market price so you'd lose amount of dollars there. The second step you sell bitcoins and again the price is way off from the the market price. You see, you already spent a total of two times of the fee, say you started of $100 from the first step, you will get much lesser at the end of the day when it reached to your Paypal account. Depending on where you stay, then you get another fee to withdraw Paypal to your local bank account, now that's already 3 stages of fee lmao
I've calculated the % of both steps of buying btc then selling btc according to the btc current price timeframe, didn't seem worth it to me. Might as well keep the btc in the wallet and sell on a later future date.
