Is every request to withdraw funds to a bank account subject to review? I always use the same account that is used to pay ebay fees. I'm beginning to think it has nothing to do with security but a means of hanging on to my funds for an extra day
Every paypal withdrawal I have made over the last couple of weeks has been subject to a 72hr review - I have made withdrawals of all sizes from 4p to £30. Just tried again for £5 and now have to wait another 72hrs!!! Joke - Definitely not fixed. As a customer have heard nothing from Paypal, just a generic email!!!
