new seller, add tracking number and funds will be released... NOT!!!!! why lie?

I have had to open a new ebay account due to my previous one being hacked!!! thanks to this even though i am using the same paypal it still see's me as a 'new seller' and said it would hold my funds UNLESS i provide a tracking number.

so i sent the item, provided a tracking number here on paypal, on ebay and a message direct to the seller and my funds are still not allowed to be accessed!!!!!

can someone please help me?

Try asking if the buyer will leave positive feedback if he's happy, know I read something about this releasing funds.

I have had feedback from 1 buyer and it let me release the funds straight away... i have recieved feedback from the other buyer last night and it STILL hasnt let me withdraw the rest of the money!!!!!

what is the reason for paypal messing me around like this???

i have done what they have asked to get my money!!! sent the item, provided a tracking number, recieved the positive feedback and still not aloud my money!

it seems as if they are just cashing in on the interest to me!!!
