I received a payment for an item I sold on eBay. Logged into my paypal account to transfer the money into my bank account, for some unknown reason it said it had gone into an account that I haven't used for over 6yrs Nd didn't even know it was still registered on PayPal. Got in touch with the bank and received a new cash card, however, on checking my bank account the money is not in there, its also not in my usual bank account and its not in my PayPal account either. I have a transaction ID, but cannot get in touch with PayPal as their offices are closed. I am not happy, this has never, ever happened before so I really don't know what's happened.
