help ! about withdrawing

Ok I have sold a car on ebay and the buyer has paid by paypal I have tryed to transfer the money to my bank account yesturday and it says its pending securaty checks 

Is this money definatly mine ? am I safe to let the car go or should I wait until I have the money in my bank account ?

So confused please help

I would say until you hard cash in your bank ..the car hoes nowhere .. Best be safe as we all now seem to have trust issues with paypal
