everyone I know has been refunded the 5 pound wire transfer fees,any reason I havent ?????

hi as above really and they reckon they havent done anything for it to happen just logged in and it was there...as I was under the impression they may have complained.

Im due a right wedge if this is all true but nothing yet? thanks
