cant withdraw

Why cant i withdraw my money i just recieved for selling an item off ebay? I have never had this problem and always withdrew it a minute after it arrived in the balance. Its not showing on the balance but shows it went onto the money.

Customer service is a robotic mess.

How can you withdraw it if there is nothing in your paypal balance?

How do you know they have paid if there is nothing there.

More info would be helpful.
