fisrt of all when i created the account i didn't put my real name or surname and nomatter what that is my right i didn't take money from anyone i wanted to make some ebay buys....
secondly as a rouke i made a purchase by mistake and cancelled it after understanding what i did, the seller agreed but paypal still holds the money bounded in my debit card and won't let me use them...
third today i put the 4 numbers code and it was ok but they also ask for documentation that i don't want to give, id photo card....
fourth i want to continue my buys and the limitation doesn't allow me even though i have more money than the bounded in my card...
fifth i am in greece and cannot call in us number my issue is 89 euro bounded and the freakin phone call will cost more.... need skype or direct email not the useless service center with the auto-response emails...
aren't you humans? show up... i really don't want to send my id card to pay pal i don't trust you, i cannot understand on what ground you get the right to make my my account restricted if i ever ask to take money from money restrict me but as long as i give i demand to have my account unrestricted immediatelly
