I have just joined PayPal as a new customer, being able to take cards really helps my business. Then I read all these posts about withdrawal issues, oh dear, worried now, I have requested my first withdrawal 3 days ago, still pending, do i assume this will never arrive?...HOW LONG SHOULD I BE WAITING AS A NEW CUSTOMER??...do they payout on a weekend too??...if they mess up this first one, maybe i should cancel ...ummmmmm

Normally its pending until a staff member processes it and sends it to your bank account but i guess it may stay pending a bit longer at the weekend.

Then they try to get it to you within 2 hours but that again is random and i have sometimes waited up to 3 days.

But that is an improvement as it used to be always 3-5 days.

It does always turn up.

But remember that there may be 20 odd folks on the boards having probs with it over the last 6 months and that is compared to the thousands of transfers they must do daily.

Thanks for your reply, yes i read all the post, blimmey what a mess its been, I requested withdrawal Thursday 10th Jan 2012 at 19.30, its been 51hrs now. Also are you familiar with website paying, with no solids goods to send out, ie: i have payapal payment attached to website, this is to take payment for a service provided... wondering if paypal are waiting for ebay feedback, and i'm not via ebay or anything ?????..........thanks
