Withdrawl reversed

Please help.

i have used paypal for years and with the same bank account.

yesterday I tried to withdraw funds twice but both times it was reversed plus I got charged twice.

Nothing has changed on my account so I have no idea what is going on. I'm now scared to try again incase I keep getting charged for it.

Best bet is to contact your bank and find out why the direct debit is being refused by them.
