Withdrawing to Bank Account/debit card...no difference?

Hello.

I got some money on my paypal account, and I want to withdraw them to my bank account so I can buy and pay things in my country, but when I try to withdraw the money it does not give me a option to withdraw them to a NON-US country account.

However it does give me the option to withdraw them to my debit card, which uses my bank account money.

So if I chose to withdraw the money to the debit card, do they also go to my bank account? Cause if it does, then there is no difference between chosing bank account or debit card...cause the money would go the same path as it is a bank account withdraw...

I am just puzzled where would the money go if I withdraw them to my debit card...since it uses the bank, but it doesn't give me

a option ot withdraw it to my bank account outside the US.

Any help please?

Different countries have different rules and you are posting on the UK and not even the U.S board and we can withdraw to a bank account.

However if you can withdraw to a debit card in your country and that debit card is sourced with the bank account you also have linked then yes if you withdraw it will go to your bank account.

It seems the same but the processes of withdrawal are different for debit cards and bank accounts.
