Withdrawals limited

We have a business PayPal account which is used on our websites only.
We have had the account for about seven years now, and have not really had any issues transferring the balance to our bank accounts on a daily basis.
However, today, when we went to transfer £84.96 it, stated that 'Amount must be £90.00 or higher.
This is a new thing that has happened and we have not received any notice of this, we have emailed Paypal but just get a general email back.
Has anyone else had this issue or know what it is?

Seems to be a glitch, I asked about this and got a reply from a paypal moderator >>>
Hey Kernowlass. This definitely is not a new policy. I'll pass this to our technical teams so that they can check this out but there shouldn't be any restrictions on withdrawing funds unless there are currently withdrawal limits on a PayPal account.
Advice is voluntary.

I just notice your post in the forum with the same issue just after I posted mine and I don't know how to delete my post (Newbie!)
