My account was showing a pending withdrawal. This has now changed to completed, but the money has not arrived in my bank account after 12 hours. Should the alarm bells be ringing? Usually money transfers take about 20 minutes!!

Withdrawals can take anywhere between 2-72 hours to complete. Delays can happen for several reasons, however one main reason would be our security system running additional checks. If you need further assistance please feel free to reach out to us on Facebook or Twitter.
