Hi I sold a item on eBay last month transfered 3.00 in my account in seconds today transfered a large amount of 230.00 its still saying pending bit it been over two hours I need the money by Thursday to pay a bill so why is it taking longer the guy left positive feedback and its been delivered so there's no issues there can anyone advise if large payments take longer

If you are subject to Ebays new seller hold then positive feedback has no bearing on payment release.

Normally if you use Ebay postage then funds are released when tracking shows the item as delivered + 3 days.

If you have done all that then get back to Ebay and ask them to authorise the release of the funds to paypal.

The funds have been released positive feedback left and I withdrawn it it still stuck as pending withdrawal I know its a chap payment so should of hit my account within minutes

Withdrawals in the UK are normally 2-24 hours although you are correct in that they are often much quicker.

You didn't get a paypal email to say it was a random 72 hour security hold did you?

Double check that your bank account is still listed in your ''wallet'' and that you have not accidentally cancelled the direct debit mandate in your online banking for paypal.

If not then i would give paypal customer services a call.

No just a email saying it take 72 hours I rang them up and they said they release it by 7:00 as it been 24 hours nothing yet

Well that is what i asked you and you did not say that in the first place.

If you get that email then its a random hold we all get from time to time and the funds are released dead on 72 hours.
