Withdraws can take from 2 hours to 4 days. Depends on the bank.
Don't just blame PayPal, it's like that with everyone. Sure, you can pay right away with a credit card but, return the item and ask for refund. With some banks, credti card issuers and businesses, it can take up to 2 weeks to credit applied back to your card.
Hi Snowshoe. I am sorry but that is quite simply untrue. It is simple and almost instant to transfer/withdraw funds between on line banks and other financial institutions nationally and internationally. Even transferring/withdrawing funds between international Paypal accounts is instant (and the fees are taken straight away). It is only the withdrawal to a bank from Paypal that seems to take ages....and for no apparent reason other than to sit on funds and generate some interest (cynical hat on, sorry). I appreciate the need to be prudent with withdrawals but not four days; four hours maybe.
