Hi everyone, I'm hoping you can help. I recently (June 6th) received a refund from an airbnb booking that I made. The money shows as being received in my transactions summary however it does not show in my balance and my balance shows as 0. Does anyone know why this is? I am still yet to confirm my card utility would have thought that the money would still actually show as available but it may prevent me from withdrawing until I confirm? Has anyone had this or can advise?
If you funded the original paypal payment to the seller with a debit or credit card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.
Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account or credit card but takes up to a week to process through to the bank and a bit longer for a c.c (paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine).
