Withdraw didn't arrived

Hi, i requested withdraw of my money from paypal account about 10 days ago and my money still hasn't arrived to my bank account. This withdraw is shown in paypal account as "completed" butik i still didn't have my money. What should i do? I tried to contact paypal support but they send me only automated response. Transaction detail 27 December 2017 VISA Debit Card -negative 482,65 Transfer using Card Transfer from PayPal Balance Transaction ID 6NH87911WW263923T

You can't withdraw to a 'card' in the UK.

You can only withdraw to a linked and verified bank account.

I'm not from UK, but i didn't find EU community forum so i wrote here instead of US forum. Why then would paypal let me withdraw my funds to card when it isn't possible? A do not have an option in my paypal account to withdraw money directly to bank account. And if i can't do it and i already did what that means?

You can post on whatever forum you want to but as paypal differs country to country then if you don't say what country you are actually in then you will get advice for a UK paypal account holder.
