I am collating data on this with a view to taking action through all avenues to legally bind PayPal to act in accordance with the wording and spirit of its own terms in which payments will be released by faster payment service. A HOLD must be the EXCEPTION, not the RULE!
Please keep a folder on your PC of PayPals Emails regarding HELD requests. Take DATES, REF NO, NAME OF REP, NOTES OF CALLS and TIMES of all calls to PayPal regarding HELD requests. (Email this to yourself so a digitally signed copy exists that is good in all Courts of Law)
Feel free to add anything further to your reply. If there is a way to private message me on here feel free to do so if you dont want the info on the topic, however I have made the questions above so that your privacy is not undermined.
WE ARE THE CUSTOMERS. PAYPAL EXIST TO SERVE US. WITHOUT US, THEY ARE BANKRUPT!! LETS USE PEOPLE POWER TO FORCE PAYPAL TO STICK TO ITS OWN 2 HOUR COMMITMENTWITH HOLDS BEING AN EXCEPTION...
If you would rather fill out this information on an online survey I can set one up online, It would be anonoymous! In Fact PayPal should encourage such an INDEPENDANT idea as, as they say the issue is fixed, it would show the majority of customers getting their funds straight away! They could direct customers to it in the withdaw email they send. (Yeah like they would do that!). Reply asking for online survey, If enough support I will set upone.
