Transfer still 'processing' even though the money is gone from my account

Hey. I have made a transfer to resolve my negative balance and the money has been withdrawn from my bank account. But when I check my PayPal account it says that the payment is still processing and that it is expected to clear 21st June. It is now the 22nd and it is still processing but the money has gone from my account. I have received numerous phone calls from 02086100150 and they said they would put a mark on my account to say this has been paid but hey have not. Thanks D

It won't be marked as paid until its finished processing.

 

The clearance date is an estimate and as its Sunday it will probably clear on Monday.

Same problem here.  They told me it takes 7 to 10 days to process.  And of course, I can't make another purchase until the processing is done.  Paypal asked my bank for the money on the 9th, my bank sent it on the 10th, it is now the 16th, and by the 10th day it will be Saturday, which means it might not be resolved until the 20th.  In the meantime, I have a time-sensitive purchase to make, and the agency only accepts Paypal purchases.  Very frustrating.

 

The Paypal agent I spoke to said, "well, why don't you make another payment to clear the negative amount, and then you can make your purchase."  I don't think she thought that through.  If I made another payment, it would take another 7 to 10 days to process, I would have made a double purchase, and I still wouldn't get to make a new purchase!

The agent should have told you that you can make a payment to clear the neg amount via a card over the phone...!!

I'm having the same issue.  I didn't deposit enough money to cover a processing fee.  I added the $100 and now the $2.50 is stuck in processing even though it came out of my bank.
