Please help.... I was meant to transfer money from paypal to my bank account but instead I did transfer from bank account to Paypal which was the wrong card that I used which has no balance.  Is it too late to cancel? I blame pregnancy brain

Sorry no, the transfer will probably fail but they may remove your bank account as a funding option.
