i'm having below error when i try to withdraw money to my debit card

"This transaction cannot be processed. Please enter an amount that is $3.48 USD or less"

i have a paypal balane of "USD 240" when i try to withdraw $100 abover error pops up. this didn't happen before why is this?

please help cause i need some money for urgent matter.
