There seems to be a "glitch", my money is "stuck"!

Whenever I try to withdraw any sum of money a message appears: "The Credit Card Verification System used by PayPal is currently unavailable. Please try to add your credit card at a later time. We apologize for this inconvenience".

I had a suspicion that it is happening because I do not have 1,50 dollars on the card so I tried sending the money to my boyfriends Paypal account, but an error appeared: "There's a problem. We can't send your payments right now. If the problem continues please contact Customer Support".

I created the account on Tuesday and this is my first encounter with Paypal.

I am really desperate, because untill this problem is resolved I can't pay my bills and my family has nothing to live off.

I read some people wait weeks or months before this is resolved.

Please help, everything seems to be alright with the information on my account, my money is just "stuck" on Paypal.

You are talking about dollars, ..................we don't use dollars in the UK

You are talking about withdrawing to a card................we can't withdraw to a card in the UK

I can't send the money to another Paypal account, I can't withdraw it to my bank account so what, I just leave it there?

I feel like my family and I have been taken hostage by Paypal.
