Still havent had my money transferred into my bank yet it has been withdrawn

It has been 9 days. It has taken the money out of my bank and has not put it into my paypal. I have proof so if it denies my transaction but keeps my money i will be fuming

Takes 5-7 BUSINESS days to transfer from bank account > paypal balance.
