Hi! At my Paypal I'm not able to SEND MONEY, there's only the option SEND PAYMENT.

How will I transfer money as a gift now?

If you are in the UK everyone has the option to send gift payments.

Well as you posted on the UK Forum i am not sure how i was to know that or be able to give you an answer if you don't say what country you are in.
