Hello 
I have a bit of a problem, a website withdrew funds from my paypal without my permission (was a scam site) putting it into a negative balance, I was unaware of this as I haven't used my account much this year, so my account had been transferred to collections. I have been in contact with them and made the appropriate payments via online banking on 25/04/13 and my paypal balance still shows a negative balance. Am I doing something wrong?
