This is disgusting I have two payments pending, I emailed them I they emailed back saying it was for new customers....even though I have had my paypal account for years so I telephoned them and they said its random checks they are doing, more like if they hold on to everyone's money they keep earning interest on it, this is appalling and just a way for paypal(poor things who don't earn enough off us) to hold on to. Our money for longer, after this I will not be using paypal anymore as over the years they have had many excuses for holding the money.....they are just robbers without the balaclava and gun IDIOTS!!!!
