Pending withdraw

Hello I recently won some money on the Irish lottery and withdraw it from betfred to my PayPal and now I would like to put in my bank account it just says pending it has only been about 35 hours but how long will it last I could really do with the money is there any need for paypal to hold it Cheers ben

Or have you clicked to withdraw funds and its pending TO your bank account??
