someone has recently brought something of me for £10 and it is pending and I cannot withdraw the money to my debit card if I try it keeps saying you need to link a card to your account what do I do

Pending IN your paypal balance?

Pending FROM your paypal balance TO your bank account?

Does it say anything about a new seller 21 day hold?

What funding sources do you have linked to your paypal account?

Was it an ebay or paypal private transaction?

What country are you in?
