Payment pending and can take up to 21 hours to clear

What is this nonsense? I want my money? Who are paypal to tell me I cannot have my money? 

This is outrageous... I have no food or toiletries and I am kept waiting even though I've been using this account for 5 years or more!!!

What is the issue here??? I am so frustrated that I just want to close it all down and that but It just cannot be that simple...

Utterly, utterly TERRIBLE service this... absolutely gutted.

Going to have to go ANOTHER day without shopping! this is a disgrace!

Paypal can 'tell you' as you agreed to it in the user agreement when you opened your paypal account.
