PayPal credit

I have a PayPal credit and been using it to shop online. I've shoped from top man and received it and it shows on my account. However I shoped from ocado and received the order but it didn't show any signs of it on my account. Now after 2 days of my purchase it shows that the payment has been refused. How can that be?
